Richard R. Hood

Founder / owner

after graduating from the united states military academy, richard served as an infantry officer for eight years. he served in roles ranging from platoon leader to company commander. after leaving the army, he attended law school at the university texas school of law. he brings professional experience relevant to operational planning, logistics, and communications. his legal background allows him to navigate complex legal environments.

XYGIA GROUP'S SECOND FOUNDER IS A BEST RANGER COMPETITION WINNER AND INFANTRY NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICER SERVING IN ROLES UP TO FIRST SERGEANT. THIS PRINCIPAL WAS ALSO QUALIFIED TO SERVE IN special UNITS REQUIRING THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF TACTICAL SKILL. HIS EXPERIENCE BRINGS UNPARALLELED KNOWLEDGE IN INDIVIDUAL SKILLS AND SMALL UNIT PLANNING AND SECURITY PROCEDURES.
